Yes, renters are expected to use a personal lock on their unit. We have locks available for purchase inside the facility's office.
Our office is typically open from 9am to 6pm on Monday thru Friday. Some days we work remotely, but you can reach us by phone 24/7.

For security purposes, our gate hours are 5am to 11pm. You can access your unit any day of the week.
The minimum rental period is one full month or 30 days.
Insurance is not required but it is encouraged, especially for high value items.
